Inspired by the Original Cycle Chic, Sheffield Cycle Chic was born in September 2009 on tumblr to show the world that you can cycle in style even on hills! In 2012 Mair was joined by Jeff and Graeme who helped create this new site to help showcase Sheffield’s cyclists.

Professional photographer, Cad, Bounder. A man of few scruples but many bikes. He discovered electricity after Edison and Tesla and rides an Electric Gazelle. When prepared to use his own muscle power can be seen on various Dutch bikes, folding bikes or recumbants.
Teacher, Trainer, Cycle Maintainer. He rides a bright yellow bike that he made himself, and also looks after a fleet of various bicycle oddities including a red Post Office bike and a rather heavy Pashley.
